OUCH PIC OF THE DAY!!!
The disturbing images seen here are of a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren crash that took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia about three days ago. The driver of the car was speeding through a corner and suddenly lost control going head to head with the pavement. Apparently, this man wanted to dance with the devil and the devil, not so politely, rejected the invitation by slamming him to a stop. Miraculously, the man was unharmed during this debacle.

Toyota showcases stability fix for 2010 Lexus GX460
2010 Lexus GX460 owners have seemingly received an added dose of fun danger with their luxury SUV, as the Vehicle Stability Control system couldn’t keep the car from drifting all over the place in high speed turns.
fter the problem was spotted by Consumer Reports, the Japanese company acted quickly and immediately stopped selling the tail-happy SUV. Now, the rumored fix has finally been found: a software update for the VSC system which improves its electronics.

New York Auto show proves to be more fun for thieves
Car thieves snatched a rare BMW bound for the Javits Center auto show as it sat in a processing center at a New Jersey port, sources said yesterday.
The 550i Sophisto -- the only one in this country -- was among six Beemers stolen in three heists at the Port Authority-owned lot in Jersey City and at a private facility in Elizabeth, sources said.
The $90,000 sedan was driven off early on March 13 from the BMW Port Jersey preparation center in Jersey City. It was supposed to go on display at the New York International Auto Show.
